POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS ("POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS", "we", "us", or "our") is a private logistics coordination provider operating across the United States. We provide secure, discreet, and professionally coordinated logistics support for sensitive shipments and authorized clients.

By accessing the POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS website, requesting a quote, submitting shipment information, tracking a package, or otherwise using any service offered by POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or services.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS provides shipment coordination, secure handling, controlled tracking, and coordinated delivery services for authorized clients. Services are offered at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice where legally permissible.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any tracking numbers, account details, or coordination references issued to you.
• Promptly notify POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS of any changes affecting a shipment.

The following items may not be tendered for shipment under any circumstances:

• Items prohibited by U.S. federal, state, or local law.
• Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, or radioactive substances.
• Illegal narcotics or controlled substances outside lawful authorization.
• Live animals, perishable biological material, or human remains.
• Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights.
• Any item POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS determines, at its sole discretion, to be unsuitable for handling.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or report shipments where legally required or where prohibited content is suspected.

Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to secure handling procedures, inspections, transportation conditions, or operational protocols. Tracking data reflects the most recent verified status and should not be interpreted as a real-time guarantee of location or delivery time.

Quotes are provided based on the shipment information submitted and are valid for a limited period as indicated at the time of issuance. Pricing may change if shipment characteristics, destinations, or handling requirements differ from the original request. All quotes are subject to verification and acceptance by POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS prior to processing.

Payment is due according to the terms communicated at quote acceptance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during coordination.

Payments may become non-refundable once shipment processing begins, except where prohibited by law. Outstanding balances may delay release, transit, or delivery of shipments.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS is not liable for delays caused by weather, transportation conditions, regulatory inspections, recipient unavailability, incorrect address information, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to operations@powerhouselogistics.us within fifteen (15) days of the scheduled delivery date and must include shipment references and supporting documentation. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Due to the nature of shipments handled by POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS, all packaging, sealing, handling preparation, and shipment security procedures are handled exclusively by POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS or authorized personnel.

Customers are not permitted to independently package, reseal, alter, or tamper with shipments once accepted by POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS. Any unauthorized handling may void coverage, void delivery, and result in suspension of service.

Packages must be collected within thirty (30) days after becoming available for pickup or release. Uncollected shipments may:

• Accumulate storage fees;
• Require reprocessing;
• Incur additional handling charges;
• Be returned to secure storage.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS may apply charges up to double the original shipment or service fee before release or re-delivery. Continued non-collection may result in forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

Standard service may include limited coverage as communicated during coordination. Extended or declared-value coverage is available upon request and subject to additional fees and approval. All coverage is subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limits in effect at the time of shipment acceptance.

All content, branding, marks, layouts, graphics, software, and materials on the POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS platform are the exclusive property of POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS or its licensors and are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS handles personal and shipment data with strict confidentiality and uses information solely for the purpose of providing and improving services. Information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties, except where required by law, regulation, or lawful request.

Where credentials, references, or tracking codes are issued, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity associated with them. Notify POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or compromise.

Administrative access to the POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS platform is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access attempts may be logged, monitored, investigated, and reported to relevant authorities where necessary. Any attempt to bypass security controls is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Where legally enforceable, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific shipment or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS may suspend or terminate access to the platform or any service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to our operations, clients, or partners.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS principally operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reasonably communicated where appropriate.

By using the POWERHOUSE LOGISTICS platform or submitting a quote request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
